Okie Water Well Drilling & Services is looking for a hardworking Laborer to join our growing team. We provide water well drilling, pump installation, water system repairs, and maintenance services for residential, agricultural, and commercial customers throughout Oklahoma.
No water well experience? No problem. We're willing to train the right person. If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and aren't afraid of physical work, we'd love to hear from you.
Individuals with experience in construction, farming, landscaping, excavation, oilfield work, utility work, equipment operation, concrete, or other physically demanding trades are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
As a Laborer, you'll:
- Assist drilling and service crews on water well projects
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, pipe, and materials
- Assist with pump installations and water system repairs
- Dig trenches and help with excavation and backfilling
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Help maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Support technicians and drill operators with daily tasks
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction, farming, landscaping, or utility experience
- Experience operating equipment, trailers, or machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience performing physically demanding outdoor work
Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, mud, dust, and varying weather conditions

Okie Water Well Drilling & Services is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our growing team. We provide water well drilling, pump installation, water system repairs, and maintenance services for residential, agricultural, and commercial customers throughout Oklahoma.
No water well experience? No problem. We're willing to train the right person. If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn a skilled trade, we'd love to hear from you.
Individuals with experience in electrical work, plumbing, irrigation, maintenance, construction, farming, equipment operation, or mechanical repair are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you'll:
- Diagnose and repair water well systems
- Install, remove, and service well pumps and pressure tanks
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Safely operate tools, service vehicles, and job site equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
What We're Looking For
